How to Prepare for Your Massage?
- Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Arriving late will result in a shorter massage that will still need to be paid in full.
- Intake forms will be attached in your reminder email. We highly encourage you to fill these forms out prior to your treatment and be honest and open for our students to provide the best treatment plan.
- Note, our student practitioners will ask additional questions based on your consent form, and explain their treatment plan. You will be asked about medical conditions and medications prior to each massage. Please update your intake forms accordingly.
What Can I Expect During my Massage?
- Guests should remain under the sheet and blanket throughout the entire treatment.
- Throughout your entire massage professional draping ( covering of the body ) will be used for privacy.
- Any clothing that you choose to leave on will be considered a boundary and cannot be uncovered. Compressive techniques over the sheet and blanket will be used, with your consent.
- If at any time during your treatment you feel uncomfortable please voice that to your student practitioner immediately.
- Instructors will be present and may enter the room at various times throughout your massage. The instructors are there to help the student practice and master the techniques that they are using. The instructor may demonstrate a stroke or two on your body during your massage if required for training the student.
Please note all of our student practitioners are in various stages of their curriculum and can not commit to a specific level of pressure or techniques.
What Can I Expect After my Massage?
- Guests will be required to fill out an evaluation at the end of their session in the waiting room. Good feedback is giving them one thing you really enjoyed and one area to continue to work on to help our students continue to grow.
- Please drink plenty of water. It is not unusual to experience some soreness after a deep session or light bruising.
- Drink plenty of water!
Please note our student practitioners will provide you feedback and recommendations after your massage in support of your goals.

- Please silence your cell phones upon entering the St. Moritz facility.
- St. Moritz provides an environment that is safe and professional. Behavior that is detrimental to the welfare or safety of others, students, or school personnel is strictly forbidden.
- St. Moritz campus is a drug and alcohol-free zone.
